The purpose of the Ingest/VAP Release Readiness Notice is to make sure ACRF operations has the information needed when a new or modified Ingest or VAP process is released into production.á Having this information ahead of time gives the ACRF operations staff time to review and prepare the production systems for the new software.
1. Open the the Ingest/VAP Readiness Form using Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader or are a Mac user, please download Adobe Reader.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Save the form for your records. Hint: Please name the file using vap/ingest name eg: rlprof_temp.pdf.
4. When the form is ready to be submitted for review, please attach it to the ECO and also upload the form to this page (see Step 5).
5. Upload the Form.
6. Once the form is uploaded, an email will automatically be sent to the reviewers.
