The Instrument Readiness Request Form has been designed to gather the information needed to prepare for the deployment of an instrument at an ARM site to insure that all instrument requirements can be properly accommodated by Site Operations and Data System staff. Please complete one Instrument Readiness Request Form per instrument, answering all questions as completely as possible.
1. Open the the Instrument Readiness Form using Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader or are a Mac user, please download Adobe Reader.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Save the form for your records. Hint: Please name the file using mentor last name underscore instrument name eg: lastname_instru.pdf.
4. When the form is ready to be submitted for review, please attach it to the ECO and also upload the form to this page (see Step 5).
5. Upload the Form.
6. Once the form is uploaded, an email will automatically be sent to the reviewers.
